It's all about being PC in the world today isn't it ? Happy Hanukkah, Christmas and Constitution day. For those who don't know, Hanukkah is a Jewish holiday and Constitution day for Taiwan at 12/25

Patrick, Clever! Do you think that they put Constitution Day on December 25th just to that people could celebrate Christmas Day as a holiday. The city of Boston, with a very large Irish population, was pressured to declare St. Patrick's Day (March 17th) as a public holiday. They couldn't do that, as that would be showing favoritism toward the Irish. So they dug through the history books, and found that March 17th was also the day that the British army had evacuated Boston during the American Revolutionary War. So now Boston celebrates "Evacuation Day" on March 17th, and everybody is happy. Is Constitution Day in Taiwan about the same thing? By the way, if you lived in an English speaking country, you would be able to celebrate two birthdays: Your own, and your "Saint's Day of St. Patrick's Day.
Never watched an episode of the old DuckTales, but I really like the reboot. The animation is great and the show is super funny that I laughed so hard. The story is about 3 ducklings Huey, Dewey and Louie go on adventures with their super rich grand uncle $crooge McDuck. Scrooge is voiced by David Tennant, the 10th doctor (Doctor Who) and Kilgrave from Jessica Jones, his British accent is really fascinating. If Disney just treats Star Wars and Marvel Animations like this. 🤷 ♀ ️ And Cartoon Network, this is how you reboot a goddamn show!!!!!! Stop destroying our childhood.
Hi Tim, my name is Patrick and I'm new here.😉 My hobbies are playing video games, watching movies and TV shows, reading comics. Guess I just like hearing stories. Oh! Almost forgot to mention that I'm a skateboarder too, though just a newbie.😂 (that time when I got bit by a radioactive spider.) I always feel I was born in the wrong decade. Like I said, I love movies and TV shows, some old films are awesome, for example: Shane, To Kill a Mockingbird, the shawshank redemption, the Green Mile......People stop making films like this nowadays. Because of my love for watching movies, I'm also really into those pop culture stuff like Star Wars, Star Trek, Doctor Who, Terminators, Aliens, Godzilla, GoT, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park...etc. One of the main reasons I hope to improve English ability is also because of my interests, I want to understand what they try to tell more easily. "do or do not, there is no try." I think my English is not that good, I ...
To be honest, 'til now I'm still not sure whether coming to the EHP is a right decision or not. Yes, being in this class makes me feel I'm not just wasting my time sitting in school waiting for the class to be over. So this whole drama thing is like a tradition of the EHP, we spent about 2 months preparing the performances/ be forced to stay late at school for rehearsals, making the props, etc etc etc.. And now the show is over, everything is back to normal. No need to stay until 9.pm to go home anymore. Drama Generations People Black tea Farewell Oh and bye Tim, this is the last letter. It's weird to write to a person across the Pacific Ocean every week....well it's also kinda cool though.
