Letter 9: WHY?

Mindhunter is a TV series loosely based on a novel of the same name written by John E. Douglas, a former special agent and unit chief of the FBI.

Plot: 2 FBI agents and a psychologist interview imprisoned serial killers trying to find out why they did what they did in order to understand how they think and also try to use what they learned to solve cases and prevent something like this from happening.

Since this show is based on real life events so there's going to appear a lot of infamous serial killers such as Ed Kemper (the co-ed killer), Dannis Rader(the BTK killer), Charles Manson*[only be mentiond in the show]...etc

Most of the killer had a rough childhood, absent father or a bitchy mother something like that, it somehow affect how they think. Still, we can never understand what these psychopaths are thinking and these serial killers might be around us, all we can do is to be aware of anyone  who has some deviant acts.

P.S. I found it interesting if u tell a child not to do something, they'll probably want to do this thing you forbid them to do more than before. Maybe it's just in us since the begining, and that's why Adam and Eve ate the apple at The Garden of Eden.
